Behavioral and Physiological Responses and Positive and Negative Feedback Mechanisms to maintain homeostasis

Whew.  That was a long title.

Today we are learning about how organisms can choose actions to help maintain homeostasis (behavioral responses) and about how their bodies do this automatically (physiological responses).  Additionally, some responses represent negative feedback loops, keeping conditions constant, and sometimes there are positive feedback loops where reactions build and grow constantly (unusual for homeostasis!).
